  Garland and Beverly Bilbo, the pastors of Praise Church in New Orleans Louisiana are on a mission to bring restoration to their city which was destroyed due to the devastation of Hurricane Katrina as well as Hurricane Rita. God has given the Bilbo's a vision and a promise that Revival will come to this great city.
